COMPLETION OF FOIA REQUESTS RELATING TO 4 DRUGS AND MEDICAL DEVICES TO PREVENT, 5 DIAGNOSE, MITIGATE, OR TREAT COVID–19. 6 (a) IN GENERAL.— 7 (1) COMPLETION OF REQUESTS.—Notwith-8 standing any other provision of law, the head of each 9 Federal agency shall, not later than 100 calendar 10 days after the date of enactment of this Act, com-11 plete all requests for records made under section 12 552(a) of title 5, United States Code, that are— 13 (A) made to the Federal agency; 14 (B) pending as of the date of enactment of 15 this Act; and 16 (C) related to— 17 (i) a drug or medical device to pre-18 vent, diagnose, mitigate, or treat COVID– 19 19; 20 (ii) gain-of-function research or poten-21 tial pandemic pathogen research; or 22 (iii) a policy, rule, or standard requir-23 ing COVID–19 vaccination of individuals. 24 (2) RULE OF CONSTRUCTION....
