President Biden took several actions to immediately address the coronavirus pandemic including orders to: Increase the pace of manufacturing vaccine supplies; Boost the distribution of vaccines through vaccination centers, a new federal pharmacy program, and government liaisons; and Ensure an equitable response, including the distribution of vaccines, treatments, and PPE, to the coronavirus pandemic by creating a COVID-19 Health Equity Task Force.
